Open your eSIM page from the link in your email, or your account, choose a top-up and pay. The data lands on the eSIM you already have. No new QR code, no reinstall.
Do this now
- Open your eSIM page from the link in your email (or your account).
- Check your data left and expiry.
- Tap Top up and pick the data you want.
- Pay. The data adds to your existing eSIM.
Add data any time
On plans that allow top-ups, you can add data whenever you like: before you run out, mid-trip or for an extra few days. The new data goes onto the eSIM already in your phone. Nothing to scan, nothing to reinstall.
How to top up
- Open your eSIM page from the link in your eSIM email. Signed in? Find it in your account.
- See how much data you have left and your expiry date.
- Pick a top-up and pay. Done.
Each plan page shows whether it takes top-ups, so you can choose with your whole trip in mind.
Top up or buy a new eSIM?
- Same trip, need more: top up. It's the quickest way.
- New country not on your plan: buy a plan for that country, for example Japan. Your phone can hold several eSIMs. See using several eSIMs.
Top up before you run dry
