Tips

  • Install at home on Wi-Fi. Most plans start only when you connect at your destination.
  • Menu names vary by maker. Search "eSIM" in the Settings search bar to jump straight there.
  • Asked for one activation code? Type LPA:1$, then the SM-DP+ address, then $, then the activation code, all with no spaces.
  • Check your phone supports eSIM: dial *#06# and look for an EID.
  • Keep the eSIM installed until your plan ends. A deleted eSIM usually can't be installed again.
Get my eSIM No data when I land?
Which Android phones support eSIM?

Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and many recent phones from other makers. Dial *#06#: an EID means eSIM support.

Can I scan the QR code from a screenshot on Android?

Most Android phones scan with the camera only, so use the manual codes on your order page instead.

Will WhatsApp keep working?

Yes. WhatsApp stays on your usual number. The travel eSIM only carries the data.
