Move your travel eSIM to a new phone
Not installed yet? Install it on the new phone. Already installed? Keep it on the old phone and contact us with your order number before deleting it, so we can check what your plan allows.
Do this now
- Not installed yet: open your eSIM email on the new phone and install it there.
- Already installed: don't delete it from the old phone yet.
- Contact us with your order number and your new phone's model.
- We'll tell you what your plan allows and the next step.
If you haven't installed it yet
Easy: install it straight onto the new phone. Your QR code, one-tap link and manual codes work on any eSIM phone. Follow the iPhone guide or the Android guide.
If it's already on your old phone
Most travel eSIMs install once, on one phone. So:
- Keep the eSIM on the old phone for now. Deleting it can remove it for good.
- Contact us with your order number and your new phone's model.
- We'll check what your plan allows and tell you the quickest way forward.
Why deleting first is risky
A downloaded eSIM is tied to the phone it was installed on. Delete it and, on many plans, the same QR code won't install again. Ask first, delete later.
Moving phones mid-trip
If your phone is lost or broken abroad, contact us from any device with your order number. Your eSIM page, linked in your email, still shows your plan, usage and expiry.
Before your next trip
Buying a new phone soon? Wait to install your eSIM until the new phone is in your hand. Check it supports eSIM and is unlocked.
Can I reinstall my eSIM after deleting it?
On many plans the same code won't install twice. Contact us before you delete, and we'll check your options.
Does iPhone eSIM transfer work for travel eSIMs?
Apple's transfer tool is built for home networks. For a travel eSIM, contact us first with your order number.
